Congratulations on your engagement. You are at the home stretch and the excitement is building daily!
To begin we will have an initial meeting (in-person, via phone or e-mail depending on your schedule). This session will last 2 hours and it will give UEP the opportunity to get up to speed and also it will allow us to learn what your expectations are for your big day. This package includes one consultation.

Day of Management
Rehearsals
- Coordination of ceremony rehearsal (2 hours)
- Distribute wedding day itinerary
- Collect small items to be brought to venue
Day of Management
- Event Manager and Wedding Day Director will be present
- Receive deliveries and greet vendors
- Redistribute final copy of wedding day itinerary to all vendors and wedding party
- Distribute final payment to all vendors
- Oversee proper set up of ceremony and reception locations
- Proper placement of furniture, seating cards, table numbers, dance floor, wedding favors, cake, programs, etc..
- Greet your guests
- Ensure that venue staff is aware of the event flow
- Line up and cue wedding party processional
- Ensure that everything flows according to plan
